On 27 February 2025, Mr. Abdullah Öcalan issued his Call for Peace and Democratic Society, marking the beginning of a new peace process with the potential to make a significant contribution to regional stability.
We believe this is a critical moment for the international community to once again stand in solidarity with those working for peace and democracy in Turkey and beyond.
With this in mind, we are organizing the International Conference on Peace and Democratic Society, which will take place on 6–7 December 2025 in Istanbul.
The conference will bring together speakers who have played direct roles in global conflict-resolution efforts and who have contributed significantly to the pursuit of a lasting, peaceful resolution in our country.
English simultaneous interpretation will be available throughout the program.
